  • Cancel free of charge up to 31 days before arrival and get your money back or rebook free of charge
  • From 30 days before arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged
  • A deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid within 7 days of completing the booking

Especially in times like these, it is all the more important to pay more attention to the issue of safety, especially when it comes to the best time of the year - your well-deserved vacation.

In the event that you are ill with Covid-19, have a positive test, are quarantined because a sick family member is ill or a flu epidemic breaks out, we also recommend the Hotelstorno-Plus or Premium insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung, which covers this and many other cases.

What to do in the event of a cancellation and you have travel insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to go on your planned excursion. This should be sent in writing to the reception of the booked hotel or to the reservations department of VAYA Resorts. A cancellation invoice will then be issued, which must be paid and submitted to Europäische Reiseversicherung.
